Performance Coaching Types

Business Coaching

At AOK Performance I have a unique personalised approach where I build strong relationships with clients based on a foundation of mutual trust and rapport. This is essential to enable clients be successful and achieve high performing targets. I work with clients to create a unique tailor-made performance framework that will guarantee performance improvement and achievement of results.

The coaching process is founded on current-state operations. I seek to understand the culture, strengths, challenges, opportunities, and threats that exist. From this position of understanding, I then collaborate with individuals and team members to flesh out the culture, optimize strengths, manage challenges, capitalize on opportunities and mitigate threats, while always keeping the overall vision, mission, values, and goals of the client in clear sight. Insights derived are shared with team leadership, and recommendations of tangible action plans are presented. AOK works alongside the client to ensure the “action plan” is optimized throughout the implementation phase.

With 30 plus years experience in business coupled with my coaching skills I’m in a position to facilitate lasting change resulting in increased rewards for clients.

Personal Coaching

Performance coaching is:

  • A series of conversations designed and conducted to enhance someone's well being or performance.

  • A process that both parties enter into willingly with clear expectations and agreements on how the process will work.

  • A relationship, or partnership, that allows anything to be asked, said or considered.

  • Based on the premise that performance in any field can be enhanced by creating a partnership and setting aside time to explore in conversation how performance might be taken to a new level.

Performance coaching can be described as a series of guided conversations that enable the “coachee” to discover and implement personal solutions to challenging issues or areas of performance. These solutions, because they are intrinsic to the “coachee,” are more likely to succeed and endure than solutions imposed externally.
